Through this transformative program, participants foster collaboration, creativity, empathy, resilience, change readiness, and personal empowerment within the team dynamic.

PQ Core Mental Fitness Program

The 7-week PQ Mental Fitness Coaching Program is a transformative journey designed to strengthen the mental and emotional fitness of individuals and teams. Rooted in Shirzad Chamine's Positive Intelligence framework, this program teaches participants how to boost their PQ (Positive Intelligence Quotient), enabling them to turn challenges into opportunities for growth, enhance resilience, and improve overall performance.

 

Over 7 weeks, participants engage in a variety of activities, including daily exercises, weekly coaching sessions, and the use of an innovative app, all aimed at identifying and weakening the internal "Saboteurs" that limit potential. By building up their "Sage" powers—those positive mental muscles that encourage empathy, creativity, and action—attendees learn to respond to life's pressures with a positive mindset.

 

This program is not just about temporary improvements but about fostering lasting change, offering tools and techniques that participants can apply long after the program concludes to maintain high levels of mental and emotional fitness, as well as enhanced capacity for action and results.
